🌶️ One-Pot Millet Pasta Arrabbiata

Love bold, spicy flavors but hate washing dishes? This One-Pot Millet Pasta Arrabbiata is your new weeknight hero. It’s fast, fiery, and full of the fiber-rich goodness of millet pasta—all cooked in a single pan!

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Sapore millet pasta

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

  • 1 1/2 cups tomato puree (fresh or canned)

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 cups water or vegetable broth

  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

  • Optional: Olives or sun-dried tomatoes

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a deep pan. Add garlic and chili flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.

  2. Pour in tomato puree, oregano, and salt. Stir well and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

  3. Add uncooked millet pasta and pour in the water or broth.

  4. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Once pasta is cooked and sauce thickens, garnish with chopped parsley.

🍽 Serving Suggestions:

Top with grated vegan cheese or parmesan and serve hot. Add grilled tofu or paneer cubes for a protein boost.
