At Sapore, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased directly from our website (www.sapore.co.in).

  • The request is made within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

  • Share pics of items received. 

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on the following:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., opened food items).

  • Discounted or clearance items.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at mysapore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos (especially for damaged or incorrect items).

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–10] business days back to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within [48 hours] of delivery. We may offer:

  • A replacement,

  • A refund, or

  • A store credit, depending on the situation.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
