🧀 Cheesy Millet Pasta with Hidden Veggies (Kid-Friendly)

Struggling to get your little ones to eat their veggies? This creamy, cheesy millet pasta hides all the goodness in a delicious sauce that even picky eaters will enjoy. Perfect for lunchboxes or weekend treats!

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Sapore millet pasta

  • 1/2 cup boiled carrots

  • 1/4 cup cooked cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or processed)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Blend carrots, cauliflower, spinach, and milk into a smooth puree.

  2. Boil millet pasta as per instructions and keep it aside.

  3. In a pan, melt butter, then add the veggie puree. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Add cheese, stir continuously until melted into a smooth sauce.

  5. Mix in the cooked pasta, toss well, and cook for 2 more minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
