šŸ“ Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Sapore millet pasta

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots

  • 1/2 cup zucchini, sliced

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, julienned

  • 1/4 cup green peas

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup coconut cream or almond cream

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Fresh basil for garnish

  1. Boil millet pasta as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
